This Cookie Charter explains how Froid Marin uses cookies and similar technologies on froidmarin.com, as well as the choices available to you to manage them.

Although the website hosting is located in Québec, certain providers (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe, Cloudflare) may process data outside Québec or outside Canada depending on their infrastructure. Where required, such transfers are governed by reasonable contractual and/or organizational measures.
Cookie retention varies depending on the type of cookie. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Other cookies may be kept for a longer period (e.g., a few days to a few months), depending on your consent and the configuration of the services.
We may update this Charter to reflect technological changes, website updates, or evolving legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly.
